The medical words and eponyms are divided into various subject categories. Players may select a specific category (speciality) to play or may chose all categories. Understanding the specific speciality categories have limited number of words, and requires specific words related to the category be used.
Players are given 3 clues to solve the term/game.
If a specific category is selected, player needs to think of specific words or eponyms related to that speciality
Whether the word is a medical word, or a medical eponym is mentioned at start. If it is an eponym, player need to think of eponymous words related to that speciality. Some eponyms may belong to more than one speciality
Total number of vowels present in the word or eponym are stated
The difficulty level is inversely proportional to the number of words in the category. Smaller the number of words in a category, harder the game. And player may encounter warnings like ‘This word is not in this category, please DELETE word and try again!” You have to think of a specific word, or an eponym related to that speciality
